If you want to do something really good for your beloved qeedo Quick Oak, you should use the Protector to provide additional protection for the tent floor. The tent footprint not only provides a well-prepared and smoother surface but also protects the actual tent floor as well as the sleeping mat, air mattress or camper from sharp stones, long pine needles, nasty thorns or biting insects.

The double floor also provides better insulation for the tent interior against the night's cold from below. In addition, the tent footprint protects against condensation and prevents moisture from rising from the ground into the tent. This means the tent does not require long drying times before dismantling and packing. The dirty and wet tent footprint can simply be stored in the included separate packing bag. The tent itself can therefore be stored more easily and, above all, more cleanly after dismantling.

The tent footprint is also helpful in better determining the positioning of the tent on the pitch.

So that the Quick Oak stands correctly on its tent footprint afterwards, 1 guy point was colored red on the groundsheet and on the tent. This way you know which corners belong together.


1. Application

The perfectly fitting footprint is laid out on the ground before the actual tent and the tent is simply set up on it. Then the tent and footprint are fixed simultaneously with pegs. The sturdy and durable polyethylene material of the footprint is long-lasting and particularly robust. The tent footprint alone can also help to find the right pitch for the tent or to mark it on the campsite.
