The heat_it heat pen comes with a Lightning© connection for iPhones or USB-C for many Android devices
Manufacturer's notes:
- Depending on your sensitivity, the treatment may be uncomfortable.
- Remove bee stingers before treatment with the heat_it.
- The heat_it can be used on children aged 4 and over.
- The heat_it can be used independently from the age of 12.
- The heat_it does not require any special maintenance, but it should be cleaned regularly with a disinfectant wipe or damp cloth. Do not clean the heat_it under running water.
- The heat_it is not suitable for treating allergic reactions.
- The same area of skin should not be treated more than five times per hour.
- There must be a break of at least 2 minutes between repeated treatments on the same skin area.
- Do not press the heat_it onto the skin during the heating process and never for longer than 10 seconds. Excessive use may cause skin injury or persistent skin discoloration (caloric hyperpigmentation).
- The heat_it is designed exclusively for use on the external skin. Do not use the device in body openings, on mucous membranes, on the gums, nail beds, on the eyes or on the external auditory canal.

Why a price difference between Apple and Android?
The heat_it with Lightning connector is an officially Apple MFi-certified product, additional components are necessary and, together with more complex production, the surcharge cannot be avoided.
