How can I return an item?

Do you have any questions about the product? Installation doesn't work? Then please contact us before you send the goods back! Protects both nature and your wallet!
To return an item, please register the package in advance via email or contact form and please hand the package insured to a shipping service provider of your choice (we recommend DHL). A return is possible within 30 days of receipt of the goods. As soon as the goods have arrived and been checked, you will receive a refund of the full purchase price, at the latest within 10 working days of receipt of the goods. We do not bear the costs for the return shipping.
